Let's design your interior today...

Browsing through catalogues with beautiful interiors or watching programmes about stunning, architectural renovations, it’s natural that one might start to look at our home through fresh eyes. It’s time for a change, but where to start? Everything seems to look great in the brochures, but behind each photograph is a wealth of effort – from agreeing on a single design, managing costs to a budget, finding contractors, as well as dealing with problems that crop up, as well as finding a time to do it.

Within all of the chaos it’s easy for the dream of the perfect home to be lost. Fortunately IzMo Interiors can help to make your dream into reality, offering the full interior design and project management package.

IzMo Interiors

Professional help for your property from a diploma qualified and experienced interior architect and landlord, with nearly two decades of experience in broadly defined Property Management.

As an interior architect I have skills to find best solutions in a functional and aesthetic way; as a property owner I am used to operating within a budget and as an landlord I have a practical and long-term approach to preparing a property for the rental market.

My service is directed to all those who are looking for a change in their own home or who need a practical and economical way to design or renovate a property for rent.

IzMo Interiors creates new spaces and renovates old ones to improve functionality. This involves structural changes, lighting, fixtures, materials and furnishings.

The offer

Everything is focussed on client needs.

If you would like just to have advice or to brainstorm ideas about a property before investing in the full interior designer project, that is no problem, I am available for you.

If you would like me to run a project but to choose your own contractors, then rest assured that I will supervise the project responsibly but I cannot guarantee the quality of the contractors’ work.

If you would rather have an all inclusive project ( „ turnkey finish”) : design, supply of materials, contractors, project and building supervision, decoration, furnishing, I am available, ready to do it and will be responsible for the project from the beginning to the end.

I provide my personalized design and renovation services to clients in Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Wiltshire

How I work

Zasób 8

1 .Pre-project stage

In this stage we will meet in person and visit the property together. I will probably have a lot of questions with regard to the style of interior you like, what colours, furniture and so on, in order to get a better understanding of your needs and expectations.

Zasób 7

2. Conceptual stage

I prepare my ideas, suggestions and solutions for possible changes or extensions and give you a feeling of how much it will cost.

3. Clarifying of the project

In this stage we will determine the scope of my work, the cost plan and stages of payment, which will be written up as a contract.

Zasób 5

4. The stage of implementation

Here in this stage I will take measurements of your property to prepare a floor plan in a graphic program. My designs will include visualisations of the rooms, features if present, and a list of proposals for equipment or furniture and finishing materials. This may, for example, simply be a kitchen or bathroom plan. Everything is designed to meet your requirements.

5. Ordering of equipment and materials:

The equipment and materials are ordered.

Zasób 3

6.Project supervision

As an author of the project I feel responsible to take care that everything is done correctly, and I will be present to supervise the work and ensure it is completed to the highest standard.

7.Final

When the renovation is complete, the furniture and equipment has been installed, and the last decorative pillow is on the sofa… the only thing left for you to do is just to move in.
